Our website allows you to easily send your graphics file from your computer to ours in a matter of seconds.

TO INSURE YOUR JOB WILL BE PROCESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BELOW:

Twill uses the state-of-the-art PDF workflow. Hi-res PDFs, created by you, offer many advantages. Here are just a few.

1) WYSIWYG: The layout you see on your screen is precisely what you will see when we will print it.

2) All fonts and images are embedded in the PDF file.

3) A properly created PDF keeps pre-press time and cost at an absolute minimum.

If you plan to send a PDF for us to print from, make sure artwork bleeds extend 1/8" past page edge, that the fonts are embedded and the resolution is 300 dpi or more.

Call our pre-press department today for the latest version of our FREE Twill “job options” file that will simplify the PDF creation process. They are available for both QuarkXpress and InDesign. We also accept QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop files. Other than PDFs, all submitted jobs must include all printer and screen fonts, and include all native and imported image files (saved at 300 dpi). Multiple files should be compressed into one file using either Stuff-it (Mac) or Winzip (PC). Please keep in mind that if your files are not set up in the correct manner or if fonts, artwork or images are missing, this will delay the production of the job.
